Kesavananda Bharati v. State of Kerala
Kesavananda Bharati Sripadagalvaru and Ors. v. State of Kerala and Anr, 1973 popularly known as the Kesavananda Bharati verdict, is a significant Supreme Court of India case that articulated the basic structure doctrine of the Indian Constitution through a 13 Judge Constitutional Bench Judgement.
